Hands on role to provide full spectrum of HR duties not limited to effective day-to-day HR services (such as job postings, applications, employee records etc.) and solutions including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and employee grievances etc.
Develop and implement a human resource plan that is aligned with the corporate plan in meeting its current and long-term business objectives.
Handle on-boarding & off-boarding administrative matters including foreign manpower and expatriate matters.
Implement all HR policies and standard operating procedures to ensure smooth HR operation aligned with HQ guidelines.
Effectively liaise with the HQ and leadership levels to minimize duplication of efforts and maximize alignment and mutual support.
Perform a Global HR lead role for HR topics for a portfolio of companies across SEA and Middle East markets such as Dubai, Taiwan, Malaysia; but not limited to those countries.
Take charge of general office administration functions and ensure the smooth running of the office and conductive working environment including maintaining the company premises (office lease, expatriate housing) and managing its contract.
Assist in planning and running of company meetings & internal/external events when necessary

Requirements
Bachelors Degree in HR management, business administration or relevant disciplines
Preferably at least 57 years of experience in HR
Knowledge of Singapore labor practices and legislation
Self-driven, organized individual with ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Exceptional interpersonal skill and ability to communicate efficiently with employees of all levels
Fluent in written and spoken English
Proficiency in Korean is mandatory to liaise with stakeholders in Korea and communicate with HQ
