Job Overview:
We are seeking a diligent, responsible, and reliable Human Resources Secretary to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the full spectrum of Human Resources, administrative tasks, basic accounting, and payroll matters. Your duties will also include preparing employment contracts, managing project claims, and supporting general office operations.
The candidate should have experience in the construction industry, with knowledge of construction projects, building works, and related processes. You will report directly to the Managing Director and assist with daily Head of Company (HOC) administrative duties as required
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for company compliance, office administration, and HR matters, including the WPOL and EPOL work pass systems and handling the full set of HR processes for foreign employee pass applications.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director.
- Prepare employment contracts and payroll documentation.
- Remind and assist the Managing Director with important tasks, schedules, and deadlines.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments as required by the Managing Director.
- Assist with PPT presentations and proposals for Chinese clients, and manage related documents, contracts, and project materials in both English and Mandarin.
- Prepare and submit monthly project claims.
- Handle basic payroll and basic accounting tasks.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Chinese clients.

- Mature, reliable, and trustworthy, with a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality.
- Friendly, energetic, and positive personality.
- Sociable and cheerful character with good interpersonal skills.
- Honest and sincere in work attitude.
- 5-day work week.
- Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or relevant qualifications are preferred.
