Job Description

This role offers direct exposure to business leaders and cross-border teams (Singapore & China), with strong ownership in shaping people strategy and culture.

Unlike traditional HR roles, this position is highly business-facing, giving you the opportunity to influence team performance, leadership capability, and organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as HRBP for Singapore team, partnering closely with business leaders
  • Drive workforce planning, performance management & employee relations in a fast-paced environment
  • Localise HQ (Shanghai) HR policies to Singapore context, ensuring compliance and practicality
  • Support organisation growth & new projects, with flexibility to take on evolving responsibilities
  • Champion culture, engagement & people initiatives across SG and China stakeholders

Key Requirements

  • 5–8 years HR experience, with exposure to HRBP / employee relations
  • Experience supporting tech teams (backend / frontend / QA)
  • Strong in hands-on HR operations + business partnering
  • Proven experience in localising China HQ policies to Singapore
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and counterparts.
