This is a complete HR Generalist role. You'll own:

End-to-end recruitment and the full employee lifecycle

HR operations, payroll coordination and statutory compliance

Engagement, culture and retention

Learning, development and performance management

HR technology, AI tools and automation

You'll fit in if you have:

7–10 years of hands-on HR Generalist experience

A Master's or MBA in HR (preferred)

Startup or entrepreneurial experience

Operational discipline and a technology-first mindset
