Job Description

Human Resources Manager - Luxury Retail

One of our clients in the Retail sector is looking for a HR Manager to join their highly collaborative team. Reporting directly to the CHRO, the HR Manager is critical in managing the full spectrum of HR operations and driving the strategic HR initiatives that support business objectives including recruitment, performance management, talent management, L&D and employee relationship.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment as well as onboarding/offboarding process
  • Conduct performance reviews and establish development plans for the employees
  • Enforce HR compliance policies as a point of contact for employees concerns and grievances.
  • Organise wellness activities, engagement surveys, and training programs to enhance employee experience and drive team effectiveness and culture change

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business-related field
  • More than 8 years HR experience with team leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
