About the MEXC

Join our fast-growing fintech team and take charge of end-to-end HR operations for our global workforce! This on-site role offers flexible working hours, casual work attire, and promising career growth opportunities in a cutting-edge industry. We are looking for a detail-oriented HR professional to support our Shared Services Center (SSC) and drive seamless HR processes across the organization.

Why do you do

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding procedures for all global employees
  • Collect, organize and maintain accurate HR data, databases and employee records
  • Provide comprehensive HR administrative support and act as a liaison for internal business partners
  • Coordinate with insurance agencies to manage employee insurance-related matters
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on business-focused projects, conducting research and coordinating initiative execution
  • Fulfill other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned by the team

Why you need

  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, with exceptional skills in MS Excel for data management and analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to liaise with cross-functional teams
  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in internal HR operations or a similar HR support role
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in managing HR documentation and data
