About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager, HR to drive operational excellence and strengthen our People function across multiple markets.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle while leading payroll, compensation, people analytics, compliance, and HR systems initiatives. This role blends operational rigor with strategic impact and requires someone who thrives in a dynamic, multi-country fintech environment.
You will be a key advisor to leadership, ensuring our people practices scale effectively with business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, China and other SEA markets
- Design and continuously improve employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, mobility, engagement, offboarding)
- Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records in compliance with local labour laws
- Provide advisory support to employees and managers on HR policies and employee matters
2. Payroll & Compensation
- Oversee end-to-end global payroll operations across all markets
- Own compensation philosophy, salary banding structures, and benefits frameworks
- Drive annual compensation review cycles, pay equity analysis, and employee cost forecasting
- Partner closely with Finance on workforce planning, budgeting, and cost modelling
3. People Analytics & HR Systems
- Own and manage people data (headcount, attrition, engagement, cost metrics)
- Build dashboards and deliver data-driven workforce insights to leadership
- Lead HRIS enhancements, implementations, migrations, and automation projects
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and reporting accuracy across markets
4. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure HR compliance across all operating markets
- Develop and standardise HR policies, contracts, and employee handbooks
- Lead internal HR audits and manage people-related investigations
- Mitigate organisational risk through proactive governance practices
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience, including managerial exposure
- Strong experience in multi-country payroll and compensation management
- Proven experience with HRIS implementations, system migrations, or process automation initiatives
- Experience in FinTech or other fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Proficiency in Excel and HR analytics tools
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Familiarity with BIPO is a plus
