Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers, employee engagement, performance management, and offboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers on manpower planning, job descriptions, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
- Manage employment contracts, HR letters, employee records, leave, attendance, benefits, and other HR documentation.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and work with relevant internal teams or external payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Manage employee benefits, insurance, leave administration, and other employee-related matters.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, employee handbook, SOPs, and internal HR processes.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, probation reviews, performance reviews, promotions, and salary adjustments.
- Handle employee relations matters and provide practical HR guidance to managers and employees.
- Support employee engagement, company culture initiatives, team-building activities, and internal events.
- Maintain accurate HR data, employee records, headcount reports, organisation charts, and other HR-related reports.
- Ensure HR practices and employment processes comply with applicable Singapore employment regulations and company policies.
- Manage employment and work pass matters, including EP, S Pass, Work Permit, and Dependant's Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related administration where required.
- Liaise with relevant government agencies and external service providers on HR-related matters.
- Support compensation and benefits reviews, salary benchmarking, workforce planning, and other HR projects as required.
Administration & Office Operations
- Oversee general office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Manage office supplies, facilities, equipment, maintenance, access cards, and other workplace-related matters.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding logistics, including workstations, laptops, system/access arrangements, and equipment.
- Manage and coordinate relationships with office vendors, building management, corporate service providers, and other external parties.
- Maintain corporate administrative documents, agreements, records, and filing systems.
- Coordinate business travel, accommodation, meetings, and other logistics when required.
- Support company meetings, internal events, team activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist management with ad-hoc administrative and operational matters as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with experience independently managing a broad HR scope.
- Solid understanding of Singapore employment regulations and HR practices.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, performance management, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Experience handling Singapore work pass applications and related matters would be highly advantageous.
- Comfortable managing both HR and general administrative responsibilities in a lean and fast-paced organisation.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential employee and company information.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required, as the role involves regular communication and documentation with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
