We are partnering with a leading technology infrastructure organization to appoint an experienced HR Manager based in Singapore.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR professional who thrives in a dynamic and complex business environment and enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders to drive people initiatives and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted HR business partner to business leaders and key stakeholders.
Provide end-to-end HR support across employee lifecycle activities, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
Partner with leaders to implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Support workforce planning, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Advise managers on HR policies, employment legislation, and best practices.
Drive and support change management initiatives within a growing organization.
Collaborate closely with regional and global HR teams on strategic projects and programs.
Contribute as a hands-on member of a lean HR team and support operational HR activities when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated maturity, resilience, and sound judgment when navigating complex organizational environments.
Comfortable working within a lean team structure and taking a hands-on approach.
Experience within the technology, digital, telecommunications, IT services, infrastructure, or related sectors is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Singapore employment practices and labor legislation.
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred.
