Job Description

HR Manager oversees HR Ops, Policies, Payroll & HRMS Administration, Learning & Development, Benefits & Insurance, Compliance & Reporting, HR Operations Support, Government Agencies relating to personnel, including and not limited to Corp Pass, CPF, IRAS etc & Continuous Improvement.

Human Resource Manager

HR Policy Making; Reporting

  • Draft and implement HR policies once approved or required
  • Prepare and submit statutory reports.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulatory changes to ensure organizational compliance.

HR Operations

  • Working with TA partners on hiring, support onboarding and offboarding
  • Provide guidance on compensation and benefits policies to employees and managers.
  • Collaborate with Finance for budget planning and cost control.
  • People management matter and. Performance management, Key Performance Indicator setting
  • Budget Planning, Cost Control, Performance, Annual Salary Review & payout
  • Employee Benefits & Insurance - Administer employee benefits programs, including health, life, and disability insurance.Manage incidents, accidents or fatalities; be it work injury or travel for business.
  • Team Bonding Activities & CSR Program
  • Employee Survey

Payroll & HRMS Management

  • Hands on approach to prepare and oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement for Singapore & Regions.
  • Statutory reporting for MOM, MOH, workforce Singapore Employability Institute and Labor Market etc.
  • Regular salary benchmarking and annual review of percentage of increment – data submission to SNEF and consultations to obtain survey benchmarks

  • Learning matrix management
  • Succession Planning
  • Talent Management
