Human Resource Manager
HR Policy Making; Reporting
- Draft and implement HR policies once approved or required
- Prepare and submit statutory reports.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulatory changes to ensure organizational compliance.
HR Operations
- Working with TA partners on hiring, support onboarding and offboarding
- Provide guidance on compensation and benefits policies to employees and managers.
- Collaborate with Finance for budget planning and cost control.
- People management matter and. Performance management, Key Performance Indicator setting
- Budget Planning, Cost Control, Performance, Annual Salary Review & payout
- Employee Benefits & Insurance - Administer employee benefits programs, including health, life, and disability insurance.Manage incidents, accidents or fatalities; be it work injury or travel for business.
- Team Bonding Activities & CSR Program
- Employee Survey
Payroll & HRMS Management
- Hands on approach to prepare and oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement for Singapore & Regions.
- Statutory reporting for MOM, MOH, workforce Singapore Employability Institute and Labor Market etc.
- Regular salary benchmarking and annual review of percentage of increment data submission to SNEF and consultations to obtain survey benchmarks
