Ready to lead HR in a fast-paced, project-driven environment Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee manpower planning, recruitment, payroll compliance, and employee engagement across our expanding operations. Manage a workforce of over 300 employees at all levels, from operators and technicians to department heads and senior management.

What You'll Do

• Lead workforce planning & foreign worker management
• Drive end-to-end recruitment for site & HQ roles
• Oversee payroll, compliance & HR audits
• Manage performance reviews, benefits & staff engagement
• Strengthen HR policies & support business growth

What You Bring

• Degree in HR / Business or other related discipline
• More tham 5 years HR experience, preferably in the engineering or construction industry
• Strong knowledge of SG employment laws & MOM regulations
• Practical experience with foreign workforce & payroll systems
• Excellent communication, integrity & problem-solving skills
