Job Description

Overview:

The role of the Human Resource Intern extends beyond just posting job ads to relevant channels and managing recruitment media campaigns. This person also plays a critical role in developing, defining, and conveying the employer brand, helping to uncover and promote the differentiating factors that make our company a great place to work. This is essential to attracting not only candidates who meet the basic requirements, but also who have the personality, work preferences, and shared mission to be a strong cultural fit and remain with the company for the long-term.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive marketing campaigns for attracting talent for key job openings and career pipelines
  • Assist in full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Source potential candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, etc.)
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Identify channels and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience

Requirements:

  • Min. A Level and above
  • Strong sourcing, networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of social media platforms for recruitment
