We are looking for a motivated, organised, and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR team for a 6-month paid internship. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee engagement while giving you a strong foundation in Human Resources.

You will work closely with the HR team to support day-to-day HR operations and gain practical experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Assist with posting job advertisements on recruitment platforms.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
  • Assist with reference checks and candidate communications.

Onboarding

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Assist in preparing onboarding materials.
  • Coordinate with the IT team to arrange laptops and system access.

HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare basic HR letters and documents.
  • Assist with filing and organising HR records.

General HR Support

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Support ad hoc HR projects and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Available for a full-time, 6-month paid internship. Previous internship or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
  • Organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Canva.
  • Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work well in a team.
