Key Responsibilities

• Maintain our internal talent referral system (Renrenbl), including data sorting and basic processing using Python.
• Design eye-catching recruitment posters and promotional materials to support global hiring campaigns.
• Provide ad-hoc cross-functional coordination support, communicating with stakeholders in both English and Mandarin.
• Organize and archive recruitment documents to streamline team workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Currently in Year 3 or 4 of a bachelor's degree program.
• Available to work 23 days/week on-site in Singapore, with schedule flexibility to fit class timetables.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic Python proficiency; familiarity with data processing libraries (Pandas, OpenPyXL) is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop preferred) with portfolio samples available.
• Enthusiastic about the Web3/crypto industry and eager to take on new tasks proactively.
