Role Overview:

The incumbent will have the opportunity to support the PCC (People Culture & CSR) team. The core objective is to support HR operations transformation by providing visibility into key workforce metrics and automating routine reporting processes to enhance efficiency.

Details of the scope are as follows:

  • Provide proactive support to the HR team within a broad spectrum, including but not limited to HR Business Partnering and People Operations.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards in Power BI to provide real-time visibility on recruitment progress, employee demographics, engagement survey results, and other HR metrics.
  • Support the automation of HR reporting processes, including data extraction, cleaning, and visualization, to reduce manual workload and improve accuracy.
  • Partner with HR team members to translate business requirements into dashboard solutions, ensuring insights are practical and support strategic decision-making.
  • Review and analyze HR guidelines, processes, and policies, providing data-backed recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the coordination of employee engagement programs, workshops, and communications, with data-driven tracking of participation and outcomes.
  • Support ad-hoc HR digital transformation projects such as workflow streamlining, HRMS data audits, or system integration tasks.
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and confidentiality across all HR analytics activities.

  • Support accurate updates and maintenance of data in HR records and systems, and documentation of employee relations matters.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

The incumbent might also be given opportunities to be involved in supporting other HR functions to gain a holistic view of the department.
