Human Resources Intern

Location: Geylang, Singapore
Duration: 4-6 months (in 2026)
Industry: Food & Beverage (F&B)

About the Role

We are a growing local F&B company in Singapore, and we are looking for a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on exposure across the full spectrum of HR functions, with a primary focus on talent acquisition. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR team to support recruitment efforts and contribute to day-to-day HR operations.

This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are keen to build a strong foundation in HR within a fast-paced, people-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus):

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes for outlet and corporate roles

  • Draft and post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms

  • Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and follow-ups

  • Support recruitment events, career fairs, and walk-in interviews

  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

HR Operations & General HR Exposure:

  • Support onboarding activities, including documentation and orientation coordination

  • Assist with employee records management and HR documentation

  • Support HR administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation

  • Assist with staff engagement initiatives and internal communications

  • Provide general HR support as required

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to commit for 4-6 months
