We are a growing local F&B company in Singapore, and we are looking for a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on exposure across the full spectrum of HR functions, with a primary focus on talent acquisition. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR team to support recruitment efforts and contribute to day-to-day HR operations.
This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are keen to build a strong foundation in HR within a fast-paced, people-centric environment.
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus):
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes for outlet and corporate roles
Draft and post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Conduct initial candidate screenings and follow-ups
Support recruitment events, career fairs, and walk-in interviews
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
HR Operations & General HR Exposure:
Support onboarding activities, including documentation and orientation coordination
Assist with employee records management and HR documentation
Support HR administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation
Assist with staff engagement initiatives and internal communications
Provide general HR support as required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to commit for 4-6 months
Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment within the F&B industry
Exposure to full-spectrum HR operations
