What You'll Get to Do
- Be part of the employee journey - support onboarding, internal moves, and offboarding
- Get involved in end-to-end recruitment: from job postings and sourcing to interview coordination and candidate experience
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Work with real HR data and systems (not just shadowing)
- Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal events
- Contribute ideas to improve HR processes, tools, and employee experience
- Research trends and best practices for ongoing HR projects
- Jump into ad-hoc projects where you can make an impact

What We're Looking For
- You're currently studying Business, HR, or something similar
- You're organised, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions
- You enjoy working with people and paying attention to the details
- You're comfortable with basic tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- You want more than just an internship - you want to learn how things really work
