Job Summary

We seek an experienced HR Manager to champion our people-first culture. You will oversee all HR functions, ensuring staff feel valued, supported, and motivated, while nurturing a family-like work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with culture and business goals.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
  • Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts empathetically.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management.
  • Maintain HR records and provide data insights.
  • Promote employee engagement and kinship.
  • Support managers in leadership development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven HR Manager experience, food service/hospitality preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient with HR software (StaffAny) and MS Office.
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Multi-taskings and have good time management.
  • Experience managing part-time staff.
  • Passion for food service industry.
