- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management.
- Maintain HR records and provide data insights.
- Promote employee engagement and kinship.
- Support managers in leadership development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven HR Manager experience, food service/hospitality preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient with HR software (StaffAny) and MS Office.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Multi-taskings and have good time management.
- Experience managing part-time staff.
- Passion for food service industry.
