Role Description

This is a part-time, hybrid role for a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator based in Singapore, with a combination of on-site and remote work. The HR Coordinator will support HR operations, including managing policies, handling benefits administration, improving employee relations, and ensuring compliance with organizational HR procedures. Responsibilities will also include contributing to the enhancement of current HR processes and assisting in day-to-day administrative tasks to support the team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR Management and general Human Resources (HR) practices
  • Experience in Benefits Administration and Employee Relations
  • Knowledge of and ability to implement HR Policies
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Prior experience in a similar HR role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
