Human Resources Generalist

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Human Resources Generalist. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for overseeing key HR functions, including the development and implementation of HR policies, managing employee benefits, and administering benefits programs. Other duties include supporting HR management, ensuring compliance with regulations, and facilitating a positive and productive workplace culture through effective communication and collaboration with team members.

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and proficiency in HR Management
• Familiarity with HR Policies, including development and implementation
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to effectively manage various HR tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations in Singapore
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic work environments
• Previous experience in a consultancy or multi-industry environment is a plus
