As part of our global expansion strategy, Bilibili is excited to establish a new office in Singapore. This office will serve as a key hub for our business development in Southeast Asia, enabling us to better connect with local users, creators, and partners. We are committed to bringing Bilibili's vibrant content ecosystem to the region while also fostering local creative talent and cultural exchanges. To support the setup and operation of this new office, we are looking for a versatile and comprehensive HRG & Admin to join our pioneering team.

Job Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

  • Oversee the daily operations and management of the Singapore office, including office environment maintenance, equipment management, and supply procurement, to ensure a smooth, efficient working environment.
  • Handle office administrative affairs such as meeting arrangement, venue preparation, meeting minutes taking, and follow-up on action items.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, receive visitors, and handle incoming and outgoing documents, mail, and packages.
  • Assist in the setup and improvement of office administrative systems and processes to standardize administrative work.
  • Manage office expenses, including budget control, invoice processing, and reimbursement review related to administrative affairs.

HR Duties

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process for the Singapore office, including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, candidate follow-up, and offer issuance.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes of employees, including preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientation sessions, and handling offboarding procedures.
  • Maintain employee personnel files, update employee information in the HR system, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of HR data.
  • Assist in organizing employee activities (e.g., team building, annual events) to enhance employee engagement and team cohesion.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, and provide HR-related consultation to employees.
  • Assist in payroll preparation, attendance management, and other routine HR administrative work.

Other Duties

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in China and other regions to support various business initiatives and projects.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc administrative and HR tasks assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of relevant administrative and HR experience, preferably with experience in a startup or multinational company.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken), with excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comprehensive and versatile, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and good organizational skills.
  • Familiar with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and basic HR management tools.
  • Knowledge of Singapore's labor laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and able to adapt to changes.
