Description and Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Assist in full recruitment, job placement in various job portals and coordination of interview.
- Handle the work passes and all MOM matters.
- Preparing of official letters (Appointment letters, Employment letters, increment letters and etc).
- Handling foreign workers accommodation when necessary.
- Onboarding and Offboarding of staffs.
- Handle staff leave benefits.
- Manage the software Payboy for leave entitlement and staffs database.
- Any other HR duties assigned.
