Role Overview
The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting end-to-end HR operations and ensuring smooth execution of people-related processes across the organization. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Maintain and update employee records, HR systems, and documentation in compliance with local regulations
- Assist in payroll coordination, benefits administration, and leave management
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support hiring needs and talent acquisition activities
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies across relevant jurisdictions
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects as the company scales
- Provide administrative and operational HR support to the regional team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience, ideally within infrastructure, energy, or related sectors
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
