Responsibilities
- Proceed with onboard & offboard for all the global employees
- Collect HR Data and maintain databases and keeping records.
- Provide overall HR support and business partnering
- Liaise with insurance agencies
- Engage with internal stakeholders on business-focus projects to research and coordinate on business initiatives.
- Other ad-hoc duties when assigned.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese stakeholders
- Excellent MS Office skills required for data management (especially MS Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant internal HR job experience
