Human Resources Executive

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop recruitment strategies, run group hiring initiatives, manage assessment centres, and close candidates. You'll also manage our internship pipeline — a direct feeder for future hires.
• Drive performance management, support career transitions, manage onboarding documentation and employment passes for foreign hires, and handle exits with empathy and precision.
• Contribute to L&D development, SOPs, system enhancements, business continuity planning, and people events that strengthen culture.
