  • To work closely with the key stakeholders and leaders to deliver a HR service in line with the needs and priorities of the business in full compliance with the existing labor laws.
  • Assist the leader and the team in implementation of the strategic HR Plan, projects and initiatives to add value to both our business and employees.
  • Translate business requirements into effective HR practices across centers, delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • Work at an operational level with multiple stakeholders.
  • Deal with complex or sensitive day to day people management issues.
  • Influence management and leadership around the people agenda and issues.
  • Support recruitment operations and oversee mobilization and onboarding in line with the organization policies and multiple country requirements.
  • Performance system management and recommend promotions/disciplinary actions.
  • Conflict management / employee counselling.
  • Timely review of grading system and recommendation of changes.
  • Organization structure - regular updating.
  • Monitor HRIS system and HR records management.
  • Supporting payroll operations and implementing /addressing queries related to payroll.
  • Recommending / coordinating training in line with line operation requirements.
  • Provide on boarding induction to new hires including site office.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of human resource management experience is required for this position.
  • Familiar with Employment Act and HR-related policies including general workers.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good command of spoken, written English and ability to deal with all issues of foreign workers.
  • Comfortable traveling to site office if needed
