Job Description

  1. Recruitment & Staffing

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

    • Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely hiring.

  2. Employee Relations & Engagement

    • Foster a positive work environment through conflict resolution, counseling, and feedback mechanisms.

    • Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.

  3. Training & Development

    • Identify training needs and organize workshops, seminars, and skill development programs.

    • Monitor employee performance and assist in career growth planning.

  4. Compensation & Benefits

    • Assist in salary administration, benefits management, and payroll coordination.

    • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to employee compensation.

  5. HR Policies & Compliance

    • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal organizational policies.

  6. Performance Management

    • Support performance appraisal systems and track employee performance metrics.

    • Provide guidance to managers on employee development and career progression.

  7. HR Administration & Reporting

    • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation.

    • Generate HR reports for management review and decision-making.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of HR software, labor laws, and best practices.
