Key Responsibilities: -
Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, technical.
Admin roles - Handle S Pass/EP applications, renewals, and MOM compliance - Maintain employee records, contracts, and digital HR files - Administer monthly payroll - Coordinate performance reviews, leaves, training, and CPD tracking - Support HR policies, employee
engagement, and internal relations - Liaise with external vendors (recruiters, CPF, insurance, etc.)
Requirements: - Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field - 1-4 years of
experience in HR/Admin (preferably in SME/Construction/M&E) - Familiarity with Singapore labor laws
and work pass procedures - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Proactive, organized, and tech-savvy with HR systems
