Responsibilities
. Manage full employee lifecycle across key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, and performance management.
. Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
. Coordinate and support training, development, and employee engagement activities.
. Ensure HR policy and practices comply with local labour laws and tripartite guidelines.
. Assist in the periodic view and implementation of HR policies and SOPs.
. Lead and contribute to HR-related projects from planning through execution.
Requirements:
. Be familiar with Singapore Employment Act.
. Able to manage recruitment, onboarding, MOM work passes, and HR administration independently.
. Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR systems
. Have good communication skills.
