We are a landscaping and horticulture firm looking for a hands-on Admin & HR Executive to support our day-to-day operations. You will be the backbone of our office, handling a broad mix of administrative, HR, and operational support functions. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment ,job posting, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and leave management system
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (WP/S Pass/EP) via MOM portal
- Support MOM compliance matters including PWM, OPW, and OED survey submissions
- Coordinate staff training, WSQ enrolments, and SkillsFuture claims
- Assist in drafting HR letters, employment contracts, and HR policies
- Manage company vehicle records, insurance renewals, and licences (e.g. LCR, NEA)
- Support management with scheduling, correspondence, and document preparationMaintain filing systems and ensure records are up to dateAssist with ad-hoc operational and project support as required
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field
- 1 to 3 years of relevant admin or HR experience, preferably in a services or operations company
- Familiar with MOM e-services, CPF portal, and work pass management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) knowledge of HR software (QuickHR) is an advantage
- Meticulous, organised, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently with minimal supervision
