Job Description

  • Monthly payroll and commission processing (full cycle).
  • Recruitment (full cycle).
  • Onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Advise employees on HR matters.
  • Work pass application and renewal (full cycle).
  • Prepare monthly reports for the management.
  • Manage the Group Medical Policy, Business Risk Policy, and Foreign Worker Medical Insurance.
  • Claims submission (CCL, ML, SPL, NS, et cetera).
  • CPF, OED, and AIS submission.
  • Calendar management for the C-Suite.
  • Handle termination of employment, disciplinary cases, and employee grievances.
  • Employee leave management.
  • Other duties and projects assigned by your reporting officer.
