The HR Executive supports the full spectrum of HR activities with a strong focus on talent acquisition and learning & development in a fast‑paced manufacturing / semiconductor environment. The role ensures timely hiring of skilled talent and effective employee development to support operational excellence and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical, engineering, and operational roles.
- Partner hiring managers on workforce planning and role requirements.
- Source candidates via job portals, agencies, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews, including technical assessments where required.
- Prepare employment offers and manage negotiations.
- Support pre‑employment checks and onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely fulfilment of manpower needs.
- Build talent pipelines for critical and high‑volume roles (e.g. technicians, engineers, operators).
Training & Learning & Development
- Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads and production/engineering teams.
- Coordinate and implement technical, safety, and soft‑skills training programmes.
- Support onboarding training to ensure smooth integration into manufacturing operations.
- Liaise with external training providers and certification bodies.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory and EHS requirements.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and support continuous improvement initiatives.
HR Operations Support
- Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and employment letters.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR programmes.
- Ensure compliance with local labour regulations and company policies.
- Assist in HR and training audits where required.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, semiconductor, or industrial environments. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Hands‑on experience in recruitment, including technical and volume hiring.
- Exposure to training coordination or L&D activities.
- Familiarity with factory or production workforce environments is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of local employment regulations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to operate in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail‑oriented, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities.
