About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive (Compensation & Benefits) to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of compensation and benefits administration for our dynamic and fast-growing Asia Pacific business. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of our HR function and enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
What you'll be doing
- Administer and maintain our employee compensation and benefits programmes, including payroll, bonuses, incentives, and leave entitlements
- Analyse compensation and benefits data to identify trends and recommend improvements to our overall rewards strategy
- Liaise with insurance providers and other vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of benefits to our employees
- Assist in the design and implementation of new compensation and benefits initiatives in line with industry best practices
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all compensation and benefits-related queries and issues
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar HR compensation and benefits role, ideally within a high-growth technology or telecommunications company
- Candidates with experience in managing payroll across at least 23 countries are preferred.
- Strong understanding of local labour laws, payroll, and benefits regulations in Singapore
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations
- Proficient in the use of HR information systems and MS Office applications
- Exceptional attention to detail and a customer-centric approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organisation
