  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job advertisements, application screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Conduct employee onboarding/orientation and manage exit interviews for departing staff.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage the HR filing system.
  • Assist with mid-month and month-end payroll preparation, including overtime, incentives, and commission calculations.
  • Provide HR administrative support such as foreign work pass applications, overtime tracking, staff claims (meal, transport, medical, and hospitalisation).
  • Prepare HR-related documentation, including Letters of Appointment, Confirmation Letters, and manpower requisition letters.
  • Liaise with external vendors on HR-related matters and activities.
  • Support administration of company vehicle and general insurance matters, including cancellations and invoice verification.
  • Assist with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and Safe Management Measures implementation.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
