Our client is a well-established lifestyle consumer multinational corporation with a strong global presence and brand reputation. As part of their continued growth and transformation, they are seeking an experienced leader to head their Talent Management & Organisation Development function.
The HR Director Talent Management & Organisation Development (OD) is responsible for driving the company's talent strategy, building organizational capability, and shaping a high-performance culture. This role oversees all talent lifecycle initiatives including leadership development, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, and change management to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Management Strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with business goals.
- Drive leadership development programs for senior and high-potential talent.
- Oversee succession planning and talent review processes to ensure bench strength for critical roles.
- Identify skill gaps and workforce planning requirements to support current and future business needs.
2. Organisation Development
- Lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Design and implement change management strategies for business transformations.
- Develop and deploy competency frameworks, performance management systems, and recognition programs.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and high performance.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Shape the company's culture and engagement strategies to drive employee satisfaction and retention.
- Implement interventions to improve organizational morale, collaboration, and communication.
- Lead initiatives for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI&B) in partnership with HR teams.
4. HR Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business priorities.
- Provide expert advice on HR policies, talent decisions, and organizational design.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the talent management and OD team.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and report on talent metrics (e.g., retention, engagement, leadership pipeline, succession readiness).
- Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement HR initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field; MBA or Master's in HR/OD preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles in Talent Management, OD, or HR Business Partner functions.
- Proven track record in multinational or large corporate environments, ideally in FMCG, Hospitality, or other fast-paced industries.
- Strong understanding of talent lifecycle, OD frameworks, leadership development, and change management.
- Experience driving HR strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
