Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a key client to appoint a HR Director for a fast‑growing, US headquartered creative organisation with a strong APAC presence. This is a senior leadership role that will be central to shaping and delivering the company's people strategy across the region.

As a core member of the regional leadership team, the HR Director will be responsible for building and leading a forward‑thinking people function that champions culture, accelerates organisational effectiveness, and enables ambitious business growth. The role will oversee HR operations across multiple markets and provide strategic counsel to senior business leaders. It will also include leading and developing an HR Generalist based in Singapore.

A key priority of the role will be to strengthen the organisation's employee experience- modernising people processes, elevating performance and career development frameworks, and reinforcing a strong, inclusive culture. The successful candidate will drive initiatives linked to talent development, compensation strategy, DEI, employee relations, and workforce planning, while ensuring compliance across key APAC markets. This role will also be accountable for overseeing recruitment and onboarding, partnering with local HR teams and global Centres of Excellence as needed.

The ideal candidate will bring at least ten years of broad human resources experience, including leadership within fast‑paced, creative, or matrixed environments. Strong stakeholder management capabilities, deep knowledge of Asia‑Pacific employment regulations, and experience leading people programs across culture, performance, talent, and organisational development will be essential for success in this appointment. Exceptional communication skills, strategic agility, and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels will further distinguish the successful candidate.
