Our client is a fast growing Singapore headquartered digital infrastructure provider with a growing international presence. To support its continued business growth, it is now seeking to appoint a dynamic Human Resources Director to augment its HR capabilities to support the company&aposs ambitious growth plans.

Responsibilities

You will partner closely with the CEO and leadership team, shaping and executing its people strategies. You will drive alignment on talent and organizational priorities, anticipate challenges, and lead high-impact HR initiatives across locations. This includes building and scaling HR practices for a distributed workforce, spanning workforce planning, capability and talent development, talent acquisition, rewards & performance management, employee relations and engagement, while ensuring compliance and managing HR risk across jurisdictions. You will closely with HR COE colleagues, as well as forge external service provider partnerships and grow overseas HR capabilities to enable international expansion.

Requirements

You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record in HR generalist leadership roles partnering the CEO or senior C-suite leaders gained in both established and start-up/growth stage companies, with set-up experience. You have deep HR domain expertise across HR policies, the entire employee lifecycle HR operations, and delivering commercially focused HR solutions, ideally for both white and blue collared workers. You are execution-focused, and equally comfortable with both strategic leadership or and day-to-day operational delivery. Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills will be essential. International exposure, and prior business management or Chief of Staff exposure will be advantageous. Flexibility for frequent international travel will be required.
