Title: HR Business Partner Financial Services firm
Location: Singapore
WilsonHCG is partnering with one of the top global investment company to appoint a HR Business Partner for their Singapore office. In this newly created role, the HRBP will provide HR coverage for their Singapore office as well as other business functions across their APAC offices as and when required. This is an individual contributor role which is both strategic and hands-on in areas such as end-to-end HR operations, project management and business advisory.
Key Responsibilities: Provide expertise for the full scope of Human Resources functions including all aspects of onboarding, employee issue management, full talent lifecycle, people operations and stakeholder management. Act as the primary HR contact for local employment matters, ensuring compliance and consistency, performance management and compensation, support regional analytics and reporting, learning & development and contribute to regional and cross-functional HR projects Partner with key stakeholders to deliver HR initiatives programs such and people and culture agenda, total rewards, headcount planning, talent review and succession management processes Work closely with business heads to align talent strategies with business needs and build team capability. Guide and provide support in complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations to mitigate risk
Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field Minimum 5 years direct experience from a financial services industry is mandatory Knowledge of Singapore employment law and HR best practices, along with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and results-oriented environment An ambitious and self motivated individual with excellent data analytics and reporting skills Strong business acumen and ability to connect operational initiatives and activities, with strategic objectives of the business Possess grit, strong developed organizational skills and have the high ethical standards Proven ability to operate effectively within a matrix organization, collaborating across multiple business units, regions and functions in a demanding environment Excellent communication skills in English and able to articulate well with senior stakeholders
