Job Description

Are you passionate about shaping people strategies and driving impactful HR practices A well-established and fast-growing organization in the FMCG sector is looking for a talented HR Business Partner to join their team in Singapore. This is a newly created position offering the opportunity to contribute to business growth and transformation at a strategic level.

Our client is a leading integrated food company in regional, committed to advancing sustainable agriculture, food safety and innovation. They continuously expand its footprint across the region. Currently they are seeking a high-caliber HR Business Partner to be based in Singapore and assigned to support the operations

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the integration of multiple business units, including the implementation of unified HR systems, processes, and culture alignment.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and retain exceptional local talent.
  • Drive workforce planning initiatives in alignment with annual business targets and collaborate closely with department heads on headcount management.
  • Guide and support performance management cycles and coach line managers on best practices.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR policies, employee relations, and engagement programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and manage HR-related legal matters.
  • Promote a positive workplace environment by addressing employee concerns and executing engagement strategies.
  • Track and analyze workforce data to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven HR experience, ideally in food production, agribusiness, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Solid understanding of Singapores labour regulations and best HR practices.
  • Commercially savvy with strong business insight and a hands-on, proactive approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to partner with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with initiative.
