Job Description

We are a high-growth, globally expanding gaming company building impactful products across regions.

This role offers direct exposure to business leaders and cross-border teams (Singapore & China), with strong ownership in shaping people strategy and culture.

Unlike traditional HR roles, this position is highly business-facing, giving you the opportunity to influence team performance, leadership capability, and organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with business leaders to drive people strategy, workforce planning, and organisational development
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices
  • Lead performance cycles, feedback culture, and leadership capability development
  • Identify people risks, engagement gaps, and development needs, implementing practical solutions
  • Drive culture initiatives and cross-region HR projects across Singapore & China

Key Requirements

  • 3–6 years of HR experience, ideally in HRBP / employee relations / generalist roles
  • Strong understanding of Singapore employment practices
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin (business-facing role with China stakeholders)
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments
  • Proactive, resilient, and comfortable with high ownership roles
