Reporting to the HRBP Lead, you will partner closely with business leaders on a broad range of human capital matters, including workforce planning, succession planning, organisational design, talent development, performance management, employee engagement, and change management. Acting as a strategic advisor, you will lead workforce discussions and leverage people data and insights to support business growth, organisational effectiveness, and long-term capability building.

Experience supporting large and diverse employee populations within a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment will be highly valued.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation undergoing significant growth and transformation, where HR is viewed as a strategic enabler of business success. You will gain exposure to senior leadership, contribute to high-impact organisational initiatives, and be part of a team committed to elevating HR Business Partnering capabilities across the organisation.
