What we need
We're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our growth across Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore HQ and reporting to the CHRO, you will partner with business leaders across Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, and other SEA markets to deliver day-to-day HR Business Partnering and Employee Relations, enabling growth plans through credible advice, robust processes, and a seamless employee experience.
You will be the first line of defence for data integrity in SuccessFactors and payroll systems, drive process improvements across Asia, and support organisational change and engagement programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnering & Employee Relations (SEA)
- Serve as the primary HRBP for Singapore, Thailand, Philippines and additional SEA markets as we scale.
- Independently manage ER matters: investigations, disciplinary processes, performance management, grievance handling, and manager coachingensuring timely, fair, and compliant outcomes.
- Provide practical, riskaware advisory to leaders; escalate appropriately to CHRO/Legal when needed.
Talent Attraction, Selection & Onboarding
- Work alongside TA and hiring managers to attract, select and onboard highcalibre talent.
- Partner with project teams, General Affairs, HR Operations and Corporate Communications to ensure day1 readiness, smooth logistics, and consistent onboarding communications.
Process Excellence, Systems & Data Integrity
- Collaborate with HRBPs across Asia, HR Operations and Digital HR to identify and execute process improvements that lift efficiency and the employee/manager experience.
- Act as first line of defence for data cleanliness and accuracy in SuccessFactors and payroll systems; conduct periodic audits and remediate issues fast.
- Support reporting and insights that help leaders make informed decisions.
Organisation, Change & Compliance
- Support org design and change initiatives (team moves, restructures, role clarity, communications) in partnership with the CHRO
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal HR policies across SEA countries; maintain uptodate country playbooks and SOPs.
Engagement, Culture & CSR
- Partner with Talent & Engagement to deploy employee engagement activities, pulse checks, and recognition programs across SEA.
- Coordinate CSR initiatives aligned to company values (RISER), with thoughtful local adaptations.
Stakeholder Management & Governance
- Work closely with Country HRBPs (India, Japan, Korea) to share practices, align standards. We aim for Globally consistent wherever possible but ensuring local compliance
- Maintain strong governance on case logs, approvals, documentation and timely followthrough on actions.
- Actively champion and implement the organization's policies on health & safety, environment, energy, quality, information security, and business continuity, ensuring adherence to incident reporting, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements:
- HR Business Partner experience across SEA markets (Singapore, Thailand, Philippines as a minimum).
- Background from real estate, data centres, construction or engineering related industries (or comparable environment with field operations) would be advantageous.
- Credible knowledge of country labour laws, ER processes and HR best practices.
- Expertise in managing ER cases: investigations, documentation, and fair process.
- Hands on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (employee data, workflows, reporting); comfortable with payroll processes and related administration.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills to balance urgent cases and long-term initiatives.
- Clear, concise communication skills; able to simplify complexity for different audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills; empathetic and solution oriented.
- Thai language ability is advantageous; other SEA languages a plus.
