What you will do

As a People Advisor, HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted partner to business leaders in Singapore, supporting them on talent, organizational, and people-related matters. You will align HR strategies with business goals, drive talent development, support organizational change, and ensure effective implementation of HR programs.

You will play a key role in strengthening leadership capability, supporting workforce planning, and ensuring a positive and compliant employee environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Partnering

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their priorities and provide strategic HR guidance to support business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on people and organizational matters.
  • Provide practical, solution-driven advice to address workforce and organizational challenges.

Talent Management and Workforce Planning

  • Support talent management processes, including succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development.
  • Partner with leaders to identify talent gaps and support workforce planning efforts.
  • Support hiring and selection for senior roles, including Director level and above.

Change Management and Organizational Support

  • Support organizational changes such as restructuring, leadership transitions, and workforce changes.
  • Help leaders manage change effectively and maintain team engagement and performance.

HR Program Implementation

  • Work with regional and global HR teams to implement HR programs and initiatives locally.
  • Support key HR processes such as performance management and leadership development.

Employee Relations and Compliance

  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including investigations, grievances, and workplace concerns.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore employment laws and company policies.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Experience:

At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an HR Business Partner or advisory role.

Experience supporting business leaders in Singapore and knowledge of local employment practices is preferred.

  • Ability to influence and partner effectively with business leaders

  • Good understanding of talent management and organizational development
  • Ability to support and guide leaders through change
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound judgment and ability to handle sensitive matters professionally
