HR Business Partner (Regional Exposure | End-to-End HR | Strategic Role)

OMS Group is a global, neutral, and integrated telecommunications infrastructure service provider, delivering end-to-end solutions across the digital value chain. OMS Group has expanded its capabilities across the digital value chain, including Submarine Cable Installation, Marine Maintenance, Geospatial Survey, Cable Landing Stations, Network Backhaul, and Data Centre Connectivity.

We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to support the full spectrum of HR functions, from talent acquisition to employee lifecycle management. This role partners closely with business leaders to drive workforce strategies, enhance employee experience, and ensure compliance with local and regional requirements. You will also be involved in regional HR initiatives, work pass administration, and cross-functional collaboration with QHSSE teams.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including manpower planning, sourcing, selection, and onboarding
  • Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR advisory and workforce planning support
  • Oversee full employee lifecycle management, including performance, engagement, and offboarding
  • Handle employee relations cases, including disciplinary matters and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies
  • Support payroll coordination, compensation & benefits, and leave administration
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and related compliance matters
  • Collaborate with Group HR teams to ensure consistency across markets
  • Drive HR initiatives and projects to enhance organisational effectiveness and employee experience

What you should have:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of HRBP or generalist experience
  • Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle management
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Regional HR exposure will be an advantage

Salary: SGD 5,500 – SGD 6,000
