Human Resources Business Partner

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters/IHRP/SHRM certification preferred).
• At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, with 2+ years in HRBP/generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law; regional (Southeast Asia/APAC) exposure preferred.
• Mandate: IHRP certification.
• Prior experience in Data Center / Telecom industry and setting up HR departments is highly desirable.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (to support Chinese-speaking employees).
• Strong interpersonal, chhaommunication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in change management and organizational development.
• Proficient in HRIS and data-driven HR practices.
