About the Role

This is a high-impact HRBP role partnering directly with business and retail leaders across Singapore and Thailand. You will drive people strategy while staying close to operations—building strong teams, enabling expansion, and shaping culture on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner SEA leadership on people strategy, org design, and workforce planning
• Own frontline hiring across Singapore and Thailand; build strong talent pipelines
• Drive performance management, engagement, and retention for retail teams
• Oversee HR operations, compliance, and payroll coordination
• Ensure adherence to local labor laws and statutory requirements
• Lead change initiatives aligned to business growth

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years HR experience, with strong Retail HRBP exposure
• Proven experience leading HRBP and HR Operations teams to drive business and people outcomes
• Experience in leading HRBP and HR operations teams
• Experience in Singapore retail; Thailand market exposure is a plus
• Strong understanding of Singapore labor laws and compliance
• Ability to operate strategically while staying hands-on
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
