Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with an established financial services organization with a growing international presence to appoint a HR Business Partner for its Singapore office. This opportunity sits within a lean HR team and offers broad exposure across both strategic and operational HR in a dynamic, globally connected environment.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will operate across the full spectrum of HR, combining business partnering, talent acquisition, and HR operations. The role places a strong emphasis on delivering practical, high-touch support to stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
You will work closely with senior leadership to support organizational priorities, including workforce planning, talent management, and ongoing people initiatives. Success in this role will require strong influencing skills and the ability to build credibility with stakeholders across different levels of seniority and geographies. The environment is relationship-driven, requiring a commercially minded HR professional who can balance responsiveness with sound judgement.
A key component of the role is managing end-to-end recruitment. You will partner directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and drive the hiring process through to offer stage. In addition, you will also support core HR operations, including employee lifecycle processes and involvement in payroll where required.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline, with 8 to 10 years of progressive HR experience within financial services or a similar professional services environment. You will bring a strong foundation in both business partnering and execution, alongside the maturity to operate effectively in a lean team with high visibility.
This is an exciting opportunity for a high-caliber HR professional to take on a visible, hands-on role with extensive regional exposure in a fast-evolving financial services organization.
