Human Resources Business Partner (Corporate)

We are partnering with a highly respected not-for-profit professional services organisation with a strong global presence. They are seeking a switched-on and commercially-savvy HR Business Partner (circa SGD$80-90k annual base) to join their regional HR team in Singapore. This concurs with their ongoing digital and business transformation across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, hence the incoming will play a critical role in shaping the future of their workforce and the scalability of extent people processes.

The Role

Reporting to the Regional HR Director, this is a highly autonomous role supporting a client group of approximately <200 headcounts across Corporate Functions. This is not a business as usual HR role, and requires someone who can navigate complex stakeholder landscapes while helping the business grow its digital capabilities and mature its processes.

• Strategic Partnership: Partner with senior leaders to drive workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
• Transformation & Growth: Support the business through continuous evolution, specifically focusing on the expansion of digital capabilities and ensuring talent strategy supports this growth.
• Process Optimization: They are on a journey to refine and strengthen HR processes/operations. You will be instrumental in making processes more scalable, efficient, and aligned with both regional and global objectives.
• Stakeholder Influence: Build credible relationships and confidently influence senior stakeholders, providing commercial insights and HR solutions that drive business outcomes.
