Human Resources Business Partner

REGIONAL HR BUSINESS PARTNER - $8,000 X 13 MONTHS

Charterhouse Singapore are supporting a Singaporean entity in their search for an accomplished HR Business Partner to report to the Head of HR for Singapore with a headcount of less than 200 pax making use of the shared services to support operations

This person will be a strategic business partner and will be able to manage multiple complex projects and exhibit strong problem solving and critical thinking skills - Previous and proven stakeholder management capability is essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for the local workforce with regards to HR queries and project management
• Review, implement and manage timelines for multiple HR projects for Singapore
• Review processes and policies proactively, and make recommendations and improvements where appropriate.
• Work closely with stakeholders to coach and advise on HR matters where appropriate
• Take the lead on HR projects as needed ensuring high levels of engagement and seeing projects through to completion

Attributes

• Strong project management skills in a proven capacity
• Degree holder in HR or relevant and related field
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving
